In response to the unmet financing needs of Tunisia’s SMEs, TAEF has implemented a portfolio of complementary financing mechanisms specifically targeted to growing small and medium enterprises.
TAEF invests directly through our TASME subsidiary and in partnership with external investors in other funds (as anchor investor co-founder or minority shareholder).

TASME offers an innovative investment mechanism “the revenue capital financing” tailored to the needs of mid-sized entrepreneurs with growth potential that combines equity participation and mezzanine debt alongside potential follow-on investments & technical assistance

Fund of Funds

TAEF is an investor in and co-founder / shareholder of Tunisian investment funds designed to meet specific SME financing needs. TAEF’s fund of funds activity offers alternative financing options to TASME offer, targeting either larger growing SMEs or exclusive equity or debt instruments. TAEF fund of funds investments are as follows:

- INMA Finance for investment tickets > 5 mTND
