Tuninvest Croissance
Launched late 2012, Tuninvest Croissance invests in SMEs through equity and quasi equity with a focus on innovative projects and / or projects contributing to job creation in Tunisia.
The fund aims to invest in all sectors with a specific interest in telecoms, agribusiness, renewable energy, ICT and innovative projects in health sector and biotechnologies. Actual size of the fund is 25.8 million dinars and LPs are reputable local and international financial institutions.
The investment period is 5 years with one year extension. Reinvestments in the portfolio companies are authorized until year 9. The fund lifetime is 12 years, with two extensions of 1 year.
The fund is managed by a licensed management company Tuninvest Gestion Financière incorporated in Tunisia, affiliate of Africinvest group with a strong track record and a stable team with broad and deep industry expertise.
