Mediterranean Corporate Finance

Mr. Mehdi Sethom is a founding partner of Mediterranean Corporate Finance.

Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Swicorp for 7 years. He advised a large number of regional and international clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs and fundraisings in the Middle East and North Africa region. He was also representing Swicorp in the international network of financial advisory firms” M&A International”. Before joining Swicorp, he worked for over 10 years at BNP Paribas, he was heading the Corporate Finance team in Middle East and Africa as well as the business valuation team, he also focused on power utilities sector and worked with the Mining and Metals equity research team in London.

Mr. Sethom has over 22 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and in investment banking across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique( Paris) and the Ecole des Mines de Paris and speaks Arabic, English and French.
