Ms. Crawford is Managing Director of TAEF. She manages TAEF’s relationship with the US government, board management, organizational infrastructure and compliance.
In addition to her work with TAEF, Ms. Crawford is a skilled facilitator and leadership coach. She works closely with social impact organizations and leaders to design and facilitate strategic planning, support executive transitions and manage change. As a leadership coach, she works one-on-one with clients to navigate transitions and become more effective leaders.
Ms. Crawford’s recent clients include the Urban Land Institute-Washington, D.C. Business Improvement District Council, Greater Washington, the Georgetown BID, and Mount Vernon Community Improvement District. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Mrs. Crawford had a leadership role in one of D.C.’s largest nonprofit provider of affordable rental housing.
Ms. Crawford has a masters from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BA from Brown University. She is an ICF certified coach.
