Aicha Baccouche

Legal Advisor

Aicha is the legal advisor at the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund.

She is registered at the Tunis Bar, and has joined TAEF after working as an associate at Global Lawyers North Africa, a law firm specializing in business law, in partnership with the international business law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Aicha has also gained experience with internationally renowned business law firms in Tunis. She mainly intervened in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, project financing, labor law and personal data law.

Aicha has a Master’s degree in banking law and stock exchange law from Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, politiques et sociales of Tunis. She is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
